-Look at this room. What have you been doing? You’re like Attila the Hun!

-Who’s Attila?

-You kids don’t know any history?

-A second, grandma.

Mark worked at the speed of lighting with his thumbs on his phone and said with a triumphant look:

-Cool!. Attila was the ruler of the Huns from 434 until his death in March 453. He was also the leader of a tribal empire in Central and Eastern Europe. During his reign, he was one of the most feared enemies of the Western and Eastern Empires. I like him.

-How do you know all that?

-Google, Wikipedia

-Oh boy! When I was your age, I had to write a project about him, and I spent days at the library researching and reading books to put together his story with maps of his conquers and battles. I’m sure you don’t know where the Western and Eastern empires were.

-Mark took the phone

-No, please, Don’t google Rome now.

-How do you want me to know?

-Have you tried a globe?

-I have google maps

-Agh!

-But grandma, books and globes are big and old fashioned

-And full of great stories. Did you know that where Attila galloped past, the grass would never grow again?

-Cool! Tell me more stories about the king of Huns!

-OK, but first, let’s tidy up this room you have ramshackle like an Attila’s soldier.
